Start every range at the low end — one Cleanse capsule at bedtime during week one, then one Fiber twice a day and one Symbiotic with a meal. A few days of nothing? Add one. Results, not weight or age, set the dose.

The best out there!

Love this Trio! I’ve been looking for something to help me “go” more regularly, and while I haven’t done the 7 day cleanse yet, the daily fiber and symbiotic are definitely helping. They’re easy to take daily and I love how cute the packaging is. I have NO shame in leaving these out on my counter next to my daily vitamins.

Truly can’t believe it

I wanted to wait until I finished at least a week of taking PoopWell before leaving a review. I’m truly shocked how fast and well this product works. I’ve never had this level of consistency, at the correct consistency, with no side effects. And I’ve tried A LOT of products for my various digestive issues for the years.

TMI Time: I’ve wiped clear every time since day 2. THAT’S INSANE! I NEVER have that luxury. And even that initial bloat that can happen when starting any new fiber was so minor and only happened the first day and a halfish. I took one capsule a day for 5 days and have since gone up to 2 spread out over the day.

Truly can’t recommend this product enough. To the point where I’d write a review about my bowel movements on the internet. But it seemed appropriate for the brand’s ethos. Wishing you and your poops the same success.

Easiest part of my routine

For years I used the powders you mix into water, or tried to. Extra step, didn't love the taste, never stuck with it. Some friends started PoopWell and I could not agree more with what they're doing... Daily Fiber works better than what I was using and it's way easier to remember. I keep it on my desk where I'll see it, and the bottle is funny enough that I don't miss it. Wasn't even a problem I thought I had. Now it's the easiest part of my routine.
