Why capsules — not powders or yogurts?
Acid-resistant spores arrive where they're needed instead of dying en route. The dose is pre-measured, nothing needs refrigerating, and there's no scooping, stirring, or anything that smells vaguely fermented.
Can I take it with Daily Fiber?
Encouraged. Fiber keeps things moving; Symbiotic manages the ecosystem. The label itself suggests the pairing.
What about allergens?
