The Reset
Use Window Days 1 – 7 Then Stop.

How to Take It

  1. Start with 1 capsule at bedtime with a full 8 oz glass of water.
  2. After 2–3 nights, if you'd like a stronger nudge, increase to 2 capsules. One cap is plenty for most people.
  3. Keep going once a night through Day 7. You'll usually feel movement within 8–12 hours.
  4. On Day 8, stop — open Daily Fiber and switch.
Hard Stop
Don't use past Day 7. The Cleanse contains senna, which can cause dependency if taken longer than a week. Hand off to Daily Fiber on Day 8 and your gut keeps its new rhythm — on its own. Wait 6–8 weeks before running the Cleanse again.

What to Expect

  • Movement within 8–12 hours of your first dose.
  • Some cramping or urgency in the first day or two — that's normal as things get moving.
  • If cramping feels intense, drop back to 1 capsule and add another glass of water.
  • By mid-week, things should feel lighter and more predictable.
  • 1 or 2 capsules? Start with 1. Senna affects everyone differently — body chemistry, gut sensitivity, and diet all play a role. If after 2–3 nights you feel like you need more support, move to 2. There's no benefit to starting at 2 if 1 is working.
  • Missed a night? No stress — just keep going until you've taken the capsule 7 nights total, even if that pushes you to day 8 or 9. The goal is 7 full doses, not 7 calendar days. Then switch to Daily Fiber.

The Long Game

How to Take It

  1. Start on Day 8 with 1–2 capsules, any time of day — morning or with a meal works well.
  2. Each capsule needs a full 8 oz of water. This part isn't optional.
  3. Over a few days, build up gradually toward your sweet spot (up to 6 capsules/day).
  4. Keep going daily — most people stay on Fiber long after Day 15.

One full glass per capsule. Psyllium expands with liquid — give it plenty in the glass, not in your throat.

What to Expect

  • Smoother, more consistent poops within a few days.
  • Some temporary bloating as your gut adjusts — it settles.
  • The "aha" feeling usually shows up around day 4 or 5 of fiber.
  • This is the long-term rhythm product. Most people continue past Day 15.

If you miss a day, no drama — just pick back up. Consistency matters more than perfection.

How to Take It

  1. Take every day — from Day 1 all the way through.
  2. 1–2 capsules twice daily, each with a meal. Breakfast and lunch are easiest to remember.
  3. No refrigeration needed — it's spore-based and happily lives on your counter.

  • Less bloating after meals within the first week.
  • Probiotic benefits build quietly over the full 15 days.
  • Unlike fridge-bound probiotics, the spores stay dormant until they reach your gut — so potency doesn't drift.

  • Cleanse A full 8 oz at bedtime. Senna needs water to work gently.
